Yes, all our standard services have fixed prices displayed on our website. Emergency callouts may incur additional charges.

How much does boiler repair cost?

Boiler repair starts from £77 for standard appointments. Emergency callouts start from £149. We provide a transparent quote before any work begins.

Do you charge a call-out fee?

Our standard service prices include the visit and diagnosis. Any parts required are quoted separately before installation.

How quickly can you respond to emergencies?

Our emergency response target is within 60 minutes in most urban areas and within 2 hours UK-wide. We operate 24/7, 365 days a year.

What counts as a boiler emergency?

No heating, no hot water, a leaking boiler, smell of gas, or a boiler fault code with no heating are all considered emergencies. If you smell gas, call the Gas Emergency line on 0800 111 999 first.

Services

Do you install new boilers?

Yes, we supply and install combi, system and regular boilers with full Gas Safe certification and warranty. Finance options are available on installations.

Do you provide landlord gas safety certificates?

Yes, we issue CP12 landlord gas safety certificates from £70. Annual inspections are available across all our service areas.

Do you install heat pumps?

Yes, we install air source heat pumps and can advise on Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant eligibility.
